The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is sending undercover agents into bars to bust patrons who are drunk. A spokeswoman for the commission, Carolyn Beck, tells Reuters agents recently arrested 30 people in 36 Dallas area bars for public drunkenness.

Racist soccer fans that abuse their team's opponents can cause their club to be fined or lose points, according to a warning given by UEFA chiefs in an effort to clean up the game. UEFA chief executive Lars-Christer Olsson tells BBC Radio Five Live's Sportsweek show that points deductions have already been considered, although other options will be fully explored.
