A Dutch airline says no piece of luggage can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. KLM has been fined $238,000 by a court in the Philippines for losing a passenger's bag - a KLM record. The incident occurred eight years ago when the passenger was going from Manila to Kazakhstan to give a lecture at a World Health Organization conference. He wore jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers at the lecture because his luggage was lost, and he claims that damaged his reputation.

Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan was supposed to watch President Bush's state of the union address from inside the Capitol. Instead, she was arrested just moments before the President arrived. Her offense: her shirt, bearing an anti-war message and other "unlawful conduct," police said. Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider said Sheehan had worn a T-shirt with an anti-war slogan to Tuesday night's speech and covered it up until she took her seat. Police warned her that such displays were not allowed in the House chamber, but she did not respond, the spokeswoman said.

A former Kansas bar owner is sentenced to nearly four years in prison, after a woman dies of alcohol poisoning from a signature drink. Prosecutors say 31-year-old Juanita Goodpasture died after she was served a red, yellow and green mixed drink called the "Stoplight Challenge. "

A Taiwanese publisher is pulling some tourist maps which accidentally show a profanity. The company says maps at Taipei's international airport depicted a "pop singer with a profanity on her t-shirt. "
