Karl-Friedrich Lentze, from Berlin, has filed a complaint with local prosecutors, accusing it of causing addiction to chocolate which leads to heart attacks, obesity and strokes, according to Ananova.com

Three police officers in Berlin are facing disciplinary action for lifting their kilts at a formal event while being nude underneath.
