Nudist Suffers From Burns After Setting Spider On Fire

A nudist suffered burns to one-fifth of his body after he tried to set a spider on fire while naked in a resort near the Australian city of Bowral, near Sydney.

An ambulance service spokesperson said, the 56-year-old victim tried to kill what he thought was a deadly funnel web spider by pouring gasoline down the spider's burrow and lighting it with a match.

Cop SUV Stolen By Suspect

It's not something you see everyday. But, a 25-year-old woman is in custody after stealing a Los Angeles law enforcement police vehicle and leading authorities on a chase through residential streets and neighborhoods. Luckily, the pursuit ended with no injuries.

The apparently unstable woman, who sobbed and screamed uncontrollably at times, took control of the SUV after being picked up during a stolen car investigation.

Mont-De-Marsan, France (AHN)-Christophe Fauviau appeared in court in the town of Mont-de-Marsan in southwestern France on charges of unintentionally causing a death by administering toxic substances.The 46-year-old Fauviau, whose 15-year-old daughter Valentine is considered a rising star of French tennis, is accused of drugging his children's opponents 27 times in tournaments across France from 2000 to 2003.Prosecutors say evidence shows Fauviau drugged 21 opponents of Valentine and six others faced by his son, Maxime - using the anti-anxiety drug Temesta, whose side-effects include drowsiness.
