A Wisconsin couple who won the state lottery's drawing five weeks in a row is lucky, plain and simple. An investigation shows no fraud is connected to Jeffrey and Lisa Hintz' winnings.

Prosecutors say he told Elizabeth Geladeras that she had won $2 on a "cash winfall" ticket, when, in actuality, the ticket was worth $32,000, after taxes.
