Teen Hits Bicyclist While Text Messaging
A 17-year-old will likely face misdemeanor charges after allegedly losing control of his car while text messaging and hitting a bicyclist. Jim R. Price, the bicyclist, died Friday, two days after the accident.
"Wanted" Fugitive Caught At Doctor's Office
A man is arrested while leaving his chiropractor, after he is profiled on the television program, "America's Most Wanted." A friend of his doctor tipped the chiropractor off after seeing the "Wanted" episode. Ronald Young was wanted for questioning in connection with a 1996 fatal car bombing in Tucson, Arizona. Police say he is also a con artist who used his charm to befriend women and wealthy clients that he defrauded of money. Young is also wanted for forgery in Colorado.
New Englanders Least Likely To Give To Charities
Bible belters are among the most generous to the unfortunate, while New Englanders are the least likely to contribute to charities, according to the Catalogue of Philanthropy's Generosity Index. For the fourth year running, New Hampshire was the most scrooge-like, with Mississippi remaining the most generous.
Home Depot Sued After Toilet Bowl Prank Goes Bad
A man filing a lawsuit against a Louisville, Colorado Home Depot claims the retailer failed to aid him after being glued to a toilet seat. Bob Dougherty, 57, says he became stuck to the toilet seat last year after somebody smeared glue on it.

Researchers discover trails of a mysterious, two-legged swimming dinosaur with bird-like characteristics in northern Wyoming. They are now searching for bones and other remains to identify and name the primitive creature.
