Rosemary Ho, 24, mailed a money order to her local DMV for a speeding ticket, with a wad of chewed bubble gum.

Ho put in the envelope a note to the Sante Fe DMV saying "Caution Touch at your own risk or use gloves. Ha-ha," the wad of gum was treated as a HAZMAT incident.
