Elderly Sisters Arrested For Selling Heroin In Pennsylvania

Two elderly sisters from Monroe County, Pennsylvania were arrested for allegedly distributing drugs after being arrested on April 14.

Elizabeth Marie Grube, 70, and her 65-year-old sister, Elaine Volkert, are facing drug charges after investigators seized 400 bags of heroin worth more than $8,000 and more than $2,000 in cash from Grube's home.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will no longer raid dispensaries with state permits to distribute marijuana for medical purposes, according to the attorney general.
