One of two remaining World War I survivors and Britain's most senior citizen became the world's oldest man Friday when the Japanese titleholder died in his sleep at the age of 113. Brighton resident Henry Allingham, who turned 113 on June 6, took over the place of Tomoji Tanabe of Miyakonojo City in the Guinness Book of World Records' category of oldest man.

Genius British Tot Scores 160 In IQ Test
A two-year-old girl has become one of the smartest girls in the U.K. after her IQ was measured at 160, the same as that of physics professor Stephen Hawking and Microsoft founder Bill Gates. Karina Oakley of Guildford, Surrey near London made the score in the Stanford-Binet IQ test administered by child psychologist Prof. Joan Freeman. Part of the test is answering questions and the tot gave imaginative answers.
Last Titanic Survivor Dies At 97
Millvina Dean, the last survivor of the Titanic, died on Sunday at 97 at a nursing home in England. Dean was only two months old when the Titanic collided with an iceberg on its maiden voyage and sank on April 14, 1912. The ocean liner was at the time the largest passenger ship in the world.
Tongue Exercise May Reduce Sleep Apnea, Snoring
Certain tongue and pharyngeal exercises may reduce symptoms of mild obstructive sleep apnea, according to a new study by the American Thoracic Society. The study is the first to suggest that these exercises could help people suffering from mild sleep apnea.
