A Tokyo man was arrested by authorities after seeking medical treatment for a snake bite from one of the 51 venomous snakes he was illegally keeping in his apartment.

Nobukazu Kashiwagi, a 41-year-old port worker, was bitten on his finger by an eastern green mamba as he tried to feed it.

A survey conducted by property firm Colliers International revealed that the City of London is the world's most expensive place to park a car, reports the Financial Times.

Colliers said that parking in Central, London's financial district, averages $1,167 monthly or $68 a day compared with New York's Midtown area, which is at $585 a month, and Tokyo at $552. After Central, the next most expensive parking is still in London in the West End area at $1,136 a month.

Rocky Aoki, a former wrestler who founded the restaurant chain Benihana, died here Thursday night.

Cause of death was not given, but the 69-year-old Aoki has said publicly that he suffered from diabetes and cirrhosis of the liver, as well as hepatitis C that he said he contracted from a blood transfusion.

A Tokyo High Court has overturned a Japanese pin up model's conviction after her breast size casted doubt on the testimony against her. Serena Kozakura, 38, had her conviction for willful destruction of property overturned after her lawyers successfully argued she couldn't have committed the crime with breasts so large.

The model allegedly kicked in a wooden door to a man's room and crawled inside, to reportedly catch him with another woman. In her appeal, her attorneys held up a plate showing the size of the hole in the door and said Kozakura could not possibly squeeze her 44-inch chest through the opening.
