Suicide Of Ex-Argentine Police Chief Shown On TV

Sixty-three year-old Mario Ferreyra, former commander of the Argentina police gave an interview to a television crew, and with the camera still rolling, pulled out a gun from his boot and shot himself.

Ferreyra, also known as "El Malevo," was accused of being involved in the kidnapping and torture of dissidents during the 1973-83 dictatorship in Argentina, also known as the "The Dirty War," that has left thousands disappeared.

Microsoft Offers $25,000 More Reward For Missing Canadian Xbox Addict

Microsoft Canada has doubled the reward money for anyone who could help find a 15-year-old boy, who ran away from their home in Ontario after being scolded by parents for playing too much Xbox games.

Microsoft is hoping that $25,000 more will encourage anyone to provide information or the location of Brandon Crisp of Barrie, 60 miles north of Toronto. The boy, who is addicted to playing Call Of Duty 4 on the Microsoft video game console, has been missing for two weeks now.

Israel To Rescue Cash-Strapped Gaza As Tattered Money Unusable

Israel's central bank is replacing millions of torn and dirty shekel bills in Gaza as the unusable money has caused a cash crisis in the Palestinian territory.

Armored trucks of the Bank of Israel picked up three million unusable shekel bills from banks in Gaza on Tuesday. They will return the same amount in new banknotes Friday despite intermittent rocket attacks on Israeli land by Hamas militants. The replacement money will be the second batch Israel will send to Gaza in two weeks amid a fragile ceasefire with Hamas.

Two Londoners Jailed For Attempting Blackmail Of Royal Family Member Over Oral Sex Video

Two Londoners who attempted to extort $100,000 (Ł50,000) from a Royal Family member have been sentenced to five years imprisonment in the first publicized case of "Royal Blackmail" since 1891.

BBC said Friday that Ian Strachan and Sean McGuigan were found guilty by the Central Criminal Court of trying to blackmail a member of the Royal Family by making public an eight-hour video of him allegedly taking drugs and performing oral sex on his aide.

Study: Computer Keyboards Can Be Filthier Than A Toilet Seat

Consumer magazine Which? has found that computer keyboards can be a home to bacteria that may cause food poisoning symptoms and stomach upsets.

Tests made on 33 keyboards at its office here showed four posed a health risk, with one being host to five times more germs than the office's toilet seats.
