A jaded husband took revenge on his wife and her lover when she told him she was leaving to be with the other man.

Robert Avery McClain, 34, a Los Angeles Deputy, was charged with aggravated mayhem, torture and sodomy after holding the couple at knifepoint in the leasing office where the wife, whose name has not been released, worked.

Elisabeth Fritzl, the woman who was locked in a cellar for 24 years by her father, who raped her and fathered her children, has spoken out about what her life was like while kept prisoner by her domineering father.

In an interview with an Austrian judge, Elisabeth, 42, said that her father, Josef, raped her at least three times a week for all those years. Of the seven children he fathered with her, three lived in the cellar, while three were chosen by Josef to be raised in the house by he and his wife. One child died in infancy, and Josef reportedly incinerated the baby's corpse.

Dallas police are looking for a man in a wheelchair who they say robbed a 7-11 with a bat and knife, stealing only condoms and an energy drink.

The Metro.uk.com reported that the man swung the bat multiple times, and used it to beat the cash register. When the register opened, though, the man didn't take any cash. Instead he took 10 boxes of condoms and an energy drink before he fled.

A man was sentenced to 18 months in prison after admitting he involved his children in killing the family cat. Danield J. Collins from Indiana forced his 7-year-old daughter to kill the family cat by holding a knife in her hand and making her stab the pet.

The 39-year-old pleaded guilty to a felony count of animal cruelty and two felony counts of neglect of a dependent. In exchange, the state dropped three other felony charges, The Star Press reports.

A Florida woman was arrested by police Friday after reports revealed that she stabbed her husband during a fight that centered around the subject of having hot dogs for dinner that night.

The woman, 28-year old Alfreda Van Bladel from Orange County, reportedly stabber her husband Anton with a steak knife, after he snatched from her hands a plate of hot dogs she had prepared.
