High School Students Walked To Bathroom

Students at West Brunswick High School are being escorted to the restroom as a result of several fires started in the restrooms.

Some students donned t-shirts with prison numbers on them and even teachers say they don't like treating their students like children but the school principal said the kids must learn responsibility.

Louisiana Man Drills For Oil Under His Home

A Louisiana man is trying to lessen the pain of high oil prices by drilling a well next to his home. Steve Jordan, 52, says the well will reach a depth of 8,500 feet under his house and swimming pool.

Supposedly, it will stretch well below the adjacent Calcasieu River.

Paraglider Lands In The Middle Of Minefield

An Israeli man is severely injured when his paraglider lands in a minefield near the Syrian border.

The man jumped off from a peak in the Golan Heights and sailed east toward Syria and Jordan. He crashed in the middle of the minefield, breaking several bones and injuring his legs.

An Israeli army spokesman tells Reuters, "He's in the process of being rescued."

King Becomes Prime Minister's Chauffeur

After King Abdullah of Jordan hosted a dinner in the city of Aqaba Thursday for visiting Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi, he decided to chauffeur him Koizumi back to his hotel.

Koizumi stated, "I did not think the king himself would take me back to my hotel."
