Man Forgets Wife At Gas Station

A man forgets his wife at an Italian gas station and does not realize it until six hours after he has driven off.

The couple, traveling with their four-year-old daughter, were on their way back to their home in Germany when they pulled over for gas in the coastal city of Pesaro.

Nine Women Unofficially Ordained in Catholic Ceremony

Despite disapprovement by church officials, nine Catholic women were unofficially ordained as priests and deacons near Ottawa, Canada. The ceremony was conducted aboard a tour boat.

Of the nine women, seven were Americans. Two unofficial female bishops from Austria and Germany performed the ordinations.

Nude Shopper Issued Warning in Germany

German police let a nearly naked shopper go home after she told them she was getting groceries in the nude because she lost a spin the bottle contest, a police spokesman in Cologne said on Wednesday.

"We're a tolerant city that is open to the world," said spokesman Burkard Jahn. "She could have been arrested for disturbing the peace, but we decided to let her go home with a verbal warning to dress appropriately next time."
