Unknown hackers posted instructions on how to open shayek@mac.com, Hayek's personal Apple MobileMe e-mail address, on the image bulletin board 4chan.org.

Britain's Queen Elizabeth will spend her birthday doing paperwork. The monarch - who turns 83 Tueday - is planning to spend the day working at Windsor Castle in south west England.

Four Boston Police officers on Saturday forced themselves into an apartment and killed a 23-year-old man, who had just stabbed to death two of his sisters, before he could turn the kitchen knife on his other 9-year-old sister.

The officers broke down the door of the apartment on Belvoir Road to find Kerby Revelus going after his sister Sarafina after he had just decapitated his 5-year-old sister and stabbed to death his 17-year-old sister, the Boston Globe reported. The officers immediately shot and killed Revelus before he could do any more harm to Sarafina.
