Jack White punched one of his female bandmates during an alcohol-fuelled night out. The Dead Weather rocker hit Alison Mosshart - who is a member of the group and also in The Kills alongside Kate Moss' boyfriend Jamie Hince - after getting into an argument with her in a New York bar.

The pair - who formed Dead Weather with Jack's Raconteurs bandmate Jack Lawrence and Queens of the Stone Age star Dean Fertita - are both said to be "ashamed" about the altercation and have now resolved their differences.

Joseph Fiennes' prosthetic nose almost caused a car crash. The British actor revealed members of the public find his large facial feature - which he has to wear for his latest U.K. theatre role "Cyrano de Bergerac" - so distracting it nearly caused a road accident.

He said: "There was this guy in a jeep the other day and I was sitting outside with it on, and, as he drove past, he was really trying not to look but craning his neck out the car at the same time, so I yelled at him, 'Are you looking at my nose?' He didn't know what to do, and it definitely made him uncomfortable, so the nose is working."

FBI Busts Big-Time Florida Auto Theft Ring

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Tuesday announced it has broken up a car theft syndicate that has stolen 1,000 cars in Florida worth $25 million over 20 years.

The ring specializes in car-cloning, wherein stolen vehicles assume the identity of non-stolen legally owned vehicles of similar make and model, Steven Ibison, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI's Tampa Division, told WTSP.com. Some of the stolen cars were allowed by their owners to be stolen because they could not pay for it or were exchanged for drugs, according to Ibison.
