Tattooed Australian Man Donating Skin To National Gallery

An Australian man whose body is covered in tattoos has said he will donate his skin to the National Gallery after he dies.

Recession Means More Adults Forgoing Vacation, Getting Tan In Tanning Beds Instead

A survey conducted by Cancer Research UK yielded a shocking correlation between those strapped for cash and increased use of tanning beds.

The survey found that overall, 34 percent of UK adults are less likely to go on vacation this year due to the recession. However, 29 percent of those surveyed said they would be disappointed if they did not get a tan this summer, with 46 percent believing a tan makes them look healthier and 22 percent thinking a tan will peak their level of attractiveness.

Surely tanning beds are a good way to achieve a glow, right? Wrong. According to research, periods of intense exposure to UV, as you would get from a sunbed will damage and age the skin. Cancer Research UK adds that the intensity of some UV rays from sunbeds can be up to 15 times higher than that of the midday sun. Using a sunbed once a month or more can increase your risk of skin cancer by more than half.

He then noticed what he thought was a mushroom, but he was put off by its green color. He then noticed it had a mouth and parts of a spinal column.
