Chicago Suburb Outlaws 'Saggy Pants'

Probably as long as there have been children and elders, there have been different ideas about fashion. Kids want the freedom to express themselves and have peer approval. Parents want their children to present themselves as respectable, whatever that may mean to the parent.

In one Chicago suburb, though, the town government has gotten involved.

Woman Sues Victoria Secret Following Thong Injury

woman claims her Victoria Secret thong underwear hurt her after a metal clip flew off and hit her eye. She is suing the undergarment giant, saying in a TV interview that the injury caused her "excruciating pain."

In an appearance on NBC's "Today" show, Macrida Patterson, 52, a traffic cop in LA, said the metal clip on the underwear cut her cornea.

Oregon Mayor Stripped Of Office After Posing In Underwear

An Oregon town mayor has been kicked out from her post after posing on a fire truck in her black bra and underwear.

According to city officials, Mayor Carmen Kontur-Gronquist narrowly lost in Monday's recall election, 142-139, in a town with 500 registered voters. The recall is effective Tuesday.
