A real estate agent and her prospective clients literally ran out of one the houses in Janesville, Wisconsin when they found a homeowner's two-week old dead body in the bedroom.

Linda Chabucos-Galow, a real estate agent with Shorewest, was standing in the dining room when her clients Justin and Colleen McKeen decide to check out a new house Monday night.

A teenager and another man are facing animal cruelty and gun possession charges for allegedly shooting an ostrich on Halloween night when it attacked them.

Timothy McKevitt, 19, and Jonathan Porter, 20, attacked the animal as it pounced on them while both the men were trespassing the ranch.

A teenager was cited for assault after he pointed his BB pistol at a car driven by undercover police officers. The incident happened when Ryon Shelton, 15, of Cedar Rapids, was allegedly "playing around" and trying to scare people on Halloween night.

His prank went awry, when the two men in the car, Shelton pointed his gun at, came out and pulled their real .40-caliber Glock handguns.
