Police are seeking criminal charges against several adults who attacked a rugby coach, leaving him bloody and unconscious. 55-year old Craig Stewart was kicked in the face and head during a girls' rugby game Saturday.
The fight began after the referee ordered a spectator off the field and was punched in the face three times by the brother of the opposing team's coach. Stewart, attempting to help the referee, intervened and held the attacker on the ground until poice arrived. That's when the attacker's brother and up to eight other adults ambushed Stewart.
