Police found more than 200 marijuana plants growing in a south Florida mall.

Investigators are still looking for the growers of the plants at the Mall of the Americas in West Miami-Dade County, who they say had a sophisticated operation.

A female Eastern box turtle called Turtle No. 72 has led Washington police to a well-tended marijuana garden in Rock Creek Park.

The turtle is one of 135 wired animals with a small radio transmitter on its shell to provide scientists data on turtle movements. The six-inch turtle wanders through 50 acres near the District-Maryland boundary.

Two men and a juvenile have been charged with possessing more than 1,000 marijuana plants with the intent to distribute after more that 5,000 plants were found growing at a Girl Scout camp.

Police learned of the illegal shipment when FedEx mistakenly delivered 200 pounds of pot to the wrong recipient in Baltimore last week. This led police to conduct a drug bust operations. Reports said that the marijuana was from Pembroke Pines, Florida.
