Peeping Tom Ordered To Wear Fluorescent Jacket At Night

In the first order by a British court of its kind, a 24-year-old man has been ordered to wear a fluorescent jacket when he ventures out at night.

The man, Stephen Cooper, pleaded guilty to voyeurism in a British court after he confessed to peeking into a woman's window on the night of Jan. 11. Judge Peter Dedman of the Southend Crown Court ordered him to wear a jacket until his final sentencing in May.

Philadelphia Councilman Suggests Building Rubber Sidewalks

A member of the Philadelphia City Council says he will be holding hearings on a number of environmentally friendly city projects, one of them being making sidewalks out of rubber.

City Councilman at large Jim Kenney said the rubber sidewalks, which are made from recycled tires, do not crack and will last longer than sidewalks made out of concrete.

Woman Complains To Police About Bad Cocaine She Purchased

In the strangest ever complaint lodged to police, a 50-year-old North Carolina woman said that the crack cocaine she had just purchased wasn't very good.

Police arrested Eloise D. Reaves after she approached the Putnam County sheriff's deputy at a convenience store Friday, complaining him that another man had sold her "bad crack" that contained wax and cocaine.

A North Carolina woman made one deputy's life a little easier when she approached him with her rock of crack cocaine.

Eloise D. Reaves, 50, walked up to the Putnam County sheriff's deputy in a convenience store and told him a man sold her bad crack that contained wax and cocaine.
