The owner of a Boise, Idaho, strip club that was publicized in international news for its "art night" promotion, pleads guilty to three misdemeanor charges for violating Boise's anti-nudity law.

Boise law requires dancers to wear at least pasties and thongs, although the law has a clause allowing nudity for "serious artistic merit." Christopher Teague, the owner of the club Erotic City, said they began art night because he feels the ordinance is unconstitutional.

The ad is for a maker of ventilation machines, showing a naked bottom through a hazy glass shower door. The ad reads, "If you want to see clearly, call an electrician now."
