Dethroned beauty queen Carrie Prejean is threatening to sue Miss California USA pageant if they would not clear her tarnished name.

The 22-year-old ex-Miss California USA's lawyer sent a letter to the lawyer of pageant boss Keith Lewis, telling the other camp to recant all their alleged defamation against Prejean, or else they would sue.

Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has lost her crown for continuously disregarding her obligations. According to a new report, the controversial beauty queen has also treated everyone badly.

Prejean attracted nationwide attention when she said in the 2009 Miss USA pageant that she does not believe same-sex marriage should be legalized. She lost out to Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton for the crown.

Mel Gibson Goes On "Crazed Rant" At His California Church

Mel Gibson allegedly went on a "crazed rant" at his church in California. The devout Catholic attended a service at the Holy Family Chapel in Agoura Hills on Sunday and reportedly blasted fellow worshippers for gossiping about his private life, following his split from wife Robyn.

A source told gossip website Radar Online: "Mel has completely lost it. His holier than thou world is falling apart and it seems Mel hasn't been practicing what he preaches."

Retired U.S. Navy Warship Sunk In Florida Keys To Become World's Second-Largest Artificial Reef

Decommissioned U.S. Navy warship USNS General Hoyt S. Vandenberg was sunk Wednesday morning 6 ˝ miles off Key West in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to become the world's second-largest artificial coral reef.

A total 42 explosive charges were used to create a pattern of holes in the side of the ship and its decks sending it 140 feet deep into its final resting place in the Gulf of Mexico in less than two minutes. The Artificial Reefs of the Keys led the $8.6 million project to make the Vandenberg an artificial reef.

California First Lady Starting Edible Garden At Capitol

California first lady Maria Shriver is following U.S. first lady Michelle Obama, who gave the White House a vegetable garden, by planting one at her state's Capitol.

Shriver will plant the first edible garden on the grounds of the Capitol Thursday, her office said in a news release.
