At least 12 cheeky squirrel monkeys escaped London Zoo by scaling trees and leaping into Regent's Park.

The Sun reports zoo keepers could only watch as the animals swung back and forth between the park and the zoo.

The authorities of city of Melbourne have issued retired Kennedy Space Center mechanic Jack Garrison an apology, after it was found that he was erroneously charged of feeding squirrels. He was charged with a barking dog violation along with four squirrel-related charges.

According to the AP, the authorities have admitted their mistake that Garrison who doesn't own a dog and a squirrel, either, was wrongly charged. They said that someone called to complain that Garrison was feeding squirrels in his backyard and an automated computer program spit out the charges.
