The city of Norfolk, Virginia has lifted its decades-old ban on tattoo parlors.

The city council will begin to allow parlors in certain industrial and downtown zones after a 56-year-old ban on tattoo artists in an area defined by its relationship to the U.S. Navy.

A man with a large "Grand Theft Auto" tattoo on his back was arrested for stealing a car.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Shylo Kujawski was seen acting suspiciously in a Vancouver neighborhood where cars had been stolen.

Police said Kujawski's tattoo was used to identify him as a convicted auto thief.
