U.S. Porn Maker Seeks $5 Billion Bailout From Federal Government

If General Motors and Chrysler deserve a bailout package from the federal government, so does the adult entertainment industry. That is the reasoning of Hustler magazine founder Larry Flynt when he asked the U.S. Congress for a $5 billion bailout package to help the porn industry.

Flynt requested for a bailout package from Congress, together with Joe Francis, creator of the Girls Gone Wild video series. Francis explained, quoted by the U.K. Telegraph, "Congress seems willing to help shore up our nation's most important businesses, (and) we feel we deserve the same consideration."

12-Year-Old Guilty Of Murdering Mom, Shot 8 Times Following Argument

An Arizona judge last week found a 12-year-old boy guilty of murdering his mother after the two got into an argument over chores.

The Cochise County Superior Court judge ruled prosecutors showed the boy acted intentionally when he shot his mother, Sara Madrid, eight times last year. He was found guilty of premeditated murder.

Father Faces Murder Charges After Sending Daughter For 10 Mile Walk In Christmas Snow Storm

The father of an 11-year-old girl who perished after trying to walk 10 miles in the snow on Christmas Day, is now facing charges of second-degree murder and felony injury to a child.

Robert Aragon, 55, of Jerome, arrived in court on Monday, where Judge Mark Ingram assigned a public defender for him. The judge denied Aragon's request to lower his $500,000 bond. He was being held in the Blaine County Jail.

Arizona Eight Year Old Faces Premeditated Murder Charges

Police in the small community of St. Johns, Ariz. arrested an 8-year old boy on premeditated murder charges after they say he shot and killed his father and another man Wednesday.

The boy, whose name has not been released because of his age, was charged Friday with two counts of premeditated murder in the deaths of his father, 29-year-old Vincent Romero and 39-year-old Timothy Romans, St. Johns Police Chief Roy Melnick said.

Businessman Levi Bussanich, owner of an adult video store in Olympia, Washington, will expand his Desire Video into a sex emporium if city hall fails to give him permission to build a grocery store to be operated by WinCo Foods.

He said that he will transform his video store located off Interstate 5 on Pacific Avenue, Centralia into a sex emporium, which will feature female and male strippers, live sex shows, bondage and fetish areas, an adult motel and a drive-up window for customers.
