A Philadelphia bus driver was arraigned Thursday for the aggravated assault of a 52-year-old woman on his bus.

Mario Edney, 53, is accused of grabbing the woman's hair and slamming her head into a pole, before opening the door and pushing her into traffic, reports The Associated Press

Police charged a 13-year-old Philadelphia boy with murder for setting a fire that killed a teenage girl and seriously wounded her mother.

The boy started the fire because of a dispute over money. It was set in rowhouse located in the city's East Mount Airy neighborhood, reports The Associated Press.

Police say a man was shot to death in a dispute that stemmed from a dance contest, after his teenage stepson hit another boy while performing flailing dance moves. Donald Clyburn, 41, was shot in the head near his home in the city's Kensington neighborhood.

Police have issued a warrant for the mother of the boy who was hit in the contest. Patricia Hayward, 39, is wanted on murder charges. The dispute began when Clyburn's stepson, Alex Ledino, hit another boy with his elbow on Nov. 15 during an impromptu neighborhood contest, the Philadelphia Daily News
