Mary Kay Letourneau and her former sixth-grade student got married in a hush-hush ceremony.
43-year-old Letourneau was imprisoned in 1997 for raping her 22-yaer-old student Fualaau. But she was released last August.
Details of their wedding last night were a closely guarded secret. Only Entertainment Tonight had the exclusive rights to the wedding. According to Janet Annino, ET's co-executive producer in Washington for the wedding, that everyone had gathered by 9.30 pm (local time) but the ceremony started late.
The wedding took place at the Columbia winery in Woodinville, northeast of Seattle.
Letourneau's teenage daughter, Mary Claire, from her earlier marriage, was on hand to assist as her maid of honor, reported The Associated Press. The couple's two daughters, Audrey, 8, and Alexis Georgia, 7, were flower girls.
