Teachers and officials at a coed British school were shocked to see a class with an all-boy attendance on the first day of school. For the first time since it opened 30 years ago Bassetts Farm, a primary school with a population equally split between girls and boys, suddenly had a class of 20 4-year old boys, an occurrence that is still puzzling people.

A grade school teacher was meted suspension after her own pupils claimed they saw her in a steamy advertisement for work clothes wherein she appeared simulating sex with a builder. However, Sarah Green claims the video for Scruffs Hardwear was shot before she collared the $15,000-a-year as an English teacher at Stockport Grammar School.

Nine years after taking up his first dance lessons, John Lowe made his debut as a ballet dancer at the age of 88. Lowe, who hails from Witchford, said he took up his dancing at the age of 79 when his daughter Alison become a professional dancer.

A father sold the hard-to-find video game "Guitar Hero III he bought for his son for $90 as a Christmas present at an online auction for a whopping $9,000 after he caught his 15-year-old teenage son smoking marijuana. The sale occurred after the father searched for the video game for the Nintendo WII game board. The father spent two weeks searching for the video game as a Christmas present for his boy.

Several members of a choral group singing Christmas carols for shoppers in a mall in Llandudno almost ended up being jailed after mall authorities summoned the help of local police in trying to stop them - from singing. According to reports, the choral group composed of 29 children with ages ranging from six to 11, were at first asked by to stop by a security guard of the shopping center after receiving complaints from shoppers the children were singing a bit loud.
