Authorities say a kindergarten teacher may have been high on meth while teaching a class. Lynne Filippini was teaching at French Valley Elementary School Tuesday when other teachers noticed she was acting strange. Earl Quintana, a Riverside County sheriff's spokesman, says her nose was bleeding and she did not notice.

A substitute teacher pulls out a diabetic student's insulin pump, which regulated his blood sugar levels, after mistaking it for a cell phone. Cliffton Hassam told East Ridge High School officials his insulin pump began beeping in class. But, before he could turn it off, Hassam says substitute teacher Richard Maline ripped it from his leg.
