Parents in Oklahoma have filed charges against school officials who took their child's cell phone. When the phone rang during class, a teacher at Lone Grove High School in Lone Grove, Oklahoma, confiscated the phone and took it to the principal's office.

A Minnesotan teen is dead after working on a pedestrian safety video. Nick Johnson, 16, was working on the video with two students from Yellow Medicine East High School when he was accidentally pinned under a car. Johnson died four days later from his wounds.

A teenager was cited for assault after he pointed his BB pistol at a car driven by undercover police officers. The incident happened when Ryon Shelton, 15, of Cedar Rapids, was allegedly "playing around" and trying to scare people on Halloween night. His prank went awry, when the two men in the car, Shelton pointed his gun at, came out and pulled their real . 40-caliber Glock handguns.

A teen who was fishing in Stockport, Manchester caught a deadly piranha. The man-eating fish is normally feared in its natural habitat in South America. Josh Boyle, 14, was at his usual fishing spot when he reeled in the sharp-toothed predator. He then held the fish at arm's length while his friend took a photograph.

Prosecutors say a teenager will be charged with misdemeanor littering after the bra she hung on a car antenna flew off and led to a highway accident. Emily Davis, 17, of Bowling Green told investigators she took her bra off while her friend, also 17, was driving on Interstate 75. A vehicle following the car crashed and rolled several times after swerving to avoid the bra.
