A Nicholas County High School student was suspended after being accused of urinating in an ice machine that at least 31 people used before the incident was reported. School law officials say the teen will be charged but they are unsure what to charge him with. Right now, the teen is serving a ten day suspension, pending an expulsion hearing. The incident happened after another student dared the boy and while there were several witnesses, it wasn't reported to the school's principal until the next day. By the time the machine was taken out of service, some students and staff had taken ice from the machine.
