Two teenage girls are being held in juvenile detention after they faked their own kidnappings. They go before a judge Tuesday.

According to investigators, 15-year-old Shena Armond and 16-year-old Charlene Charles called their mothers to say they had been kidnapped and taken to West Palm Beach.

Police soon discovered their stories were lies, and took the girls into custody.

Armond and Charles are charged with making a false report of kidnapping and are being held in juvenile detention pending Tuesday's hearing.
