Canadian authorities arrest three teens on suspicion of committing bank robberies in the Vancouver area. Reuters reports the teens, aged 13 to 14, were arrested on Saturday for their role in two robberies in the suburb of Surrey.

High school kids will now be allowed to marry in Kansas after a new bill, which sets the minimum legal age for marriage at 15, receives final legislative approval. According to The Wichita Eagle, Gov. Kathleen Sibelius is expected to sign the bill.

German teens attempting to be good Samaritans mistakenly called the police after believing a scarecrow for a dead body. Hermann Alditz, 15, and Johann Schneider, 16, witnessed the scarecrow dressed in men's clothes with a plastic bag over its head while looking through a neighbor's window.

Advertisements for an online betting Web site have been banned after industry critics determined they were targeting 16 and 17 year olds by showing scantily clad women. ThePool. com distributed pamphlets that featured images of barely clothed young women and used the slogan: "Why wait 'til 18? Bet at 16. "
