Don't be so quick to curse out a telemarketer next time.

An 85-year-old man fell and spent the night outdoors before help came in the form of a random call.

That call came from Crystal Rozell, who works for Consumer Direct Marketing in Saratoga Springs. When she called the man Thursday morning, he was cold and desperate, stuck outside his home. His phone could not make outgoing calls.

Rozell kept the man on the phone until police were called and transported him to the hospital.

There is no word yet on the man's condition, but he did say he wanted to thank Rozell for her help.
