Pint -sized Emmanuel Lewis, star of 80's sitcom, "Webster," was pulled over after being spotted doing 70 in a 45 mph zone in the rural Georgia town of Warwick. Lewis, 33, was hauling an SUV he'd purchased up State Route 300 when he was popped by Officer Ron Kirk, who immediately recognized the star and requested an autograph and photos. The actor posed with Kirk and the town's police chief, Randy Howard Jr. "Well, I grew up watching him and he was very nice and professional, so I just gave him a courtesy warning," Kirk told Albany television station WALB. Kirk says Lewis was probably unfamiliar with the area and had not realized the speed limit had dropped. At one point in the 80's, Lewis was one of Michael Jackson's best-known kid-star companions.
