Labelled as the most expensive wedding cake in the world, the gilttery 20 million diamond-studded extravaganzy will be showcased on Rodeo Drive then displayed during the Luxury Brands Bridal Show.

It was created by Mimi So Jewellers with cake designer Nahid La Patisserie Artistique.

"Where else would you debut a $20 million wedding cake but on Rodeo Drive?" said show organiser Ilona Sherman.

She said, the cake will be overseen by a team of uniformed security guards at all times.

It will not be eaten. "I think diamonds are too hard on the stomach," Sherman said.
