The Gateway Grizzlies, St. Louis' single-A baseball team, will serve up an unhealthy and loveable snack this season; a cheeseburger on a Krispy Kreme doughnut bun.
According to CBS, for a mere $4.50 it's breakfast, dinner, and a little dessert all in one. That it packs up to 1,000 calories - the donut alone has 10 grams of sugar - doesn't seem to faze diabetic diner Floyd Schuetz, who says, "Oh, I'll have another one of these."
Such an invention is often called a "Luther Burger" after the late Luther Vandross, who according to internet myth-busters, Snopes.com, had the burger named after him on the belief that he loved it, and may have also invented such a treat.
