Thieves in New Jersey adopted a new way of breaking into a convenient store by running their car through the front window early Thursday. Duing their crash and grab they reportedly stole an ATM machine and cigarettes.
According to the Star-Ledger of Newark, one suspect was arrested a short time later when the car flipped over during the police chase.
Police learned of the thieves actions after police responded to an alarm at a service station in East Brunswick and found a window smashed.
After chasing the thieves in the car through two more towns, police were only able to say they captured the one man mentioned earlier. His other companion was able to escape the scene.
