Former NBA star Dennis Rodman has been accused of missing a court appearance on speeding and reckless driving charges. A warrant for his arrest has been issued in connection with the matter. Rodman was charged after he was clocked allegedly going 98 mph on Interstate 70, on July 26, near Frisco. Rodman was taking part in the 3,000-mile Bullrun USA 2005 charity auto rally at the time.

Scott Peters is such a dedicated Rolling Stones fan that he wears special boots when he goes to a Stones concert. Peters stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, but the boots elevate him to 7 feet, 1 inch tall, enabling him to get a better view of the stage. The 40-year-old Postal Service employee expects to be putting on the boots frequently in the coming weeks.

show promoter, dubbed a "grinch" by prosecutors for selling thousands of children tickets to a nonexistent Christmas pageant, is sentenced to more that seven years in prison Wednesday. David Lee Ellisor was convicted in February of eight counts of mail fraud for a December 2003 scam where he sold $10 tickets to over 2,700 Miami-Dade County schoolchildren and parents for a "Christmas Around The World" show he claimed would be attended by ambassadors and feature live reindeer.

A Wisconsin couple who won the state lottery's drawing five weeks in a row is lucky, plain and simple. An investigation shows no fraud is connected to Jeffrey and Lisa Hintz' winnings. The Department of Revenue performed the audit after many felt the winning streak was improbable.
