A plumber from Soap Lake, Wash. , area has erected an unusual fence that neighbors say is an act out of dispute with them but the fence owner insists is a piece of art. Rick Froebe has lined his backyard with seven old toilets, a few used bathtubs and some broken-down water heaters. Froebe, a former member at the Lakeview Golf and Country Club, says his fence is nothing else than "plumber art. " But critics say Froebe is acting out in a dispute with the golf course and other neighbors.

Until December 31, restrooms fit for a queen will be open to the public in Times Square to promote Charmin Toilet Paper. The new complex is furnished with individual stalls, each with their own theme like Wall Street or Times Square. It also boasts a fancy waiting room with plush couches, flat screen televisions, a fire place and a kid's dance floor.

A family is suing Greyhound Bus Lines after one of its buses dumped its sanitary tank, in the middle of the highway, covering the family and vehicle in human waste. According to the Toledo Blade, the family was identified as Robert and Angela Stokes and their three children.

According to an estimate of the National Phobics Society, more than four million people suffer from 'toilet phobia' in Britain. National Phobics Society has has launched a campaign to create awareness of this phobia. It revealed that the problem remains 'secret' due to the stigma attached to it.

The Church of England is reportedly upset over a collection of this year's Christmas stamps which it says has no Christian message and failed "to remind people of the true meaning of Christmas. " A report by the Daily Mirror newspaper said one of the stamps has Santa looking like he has stopped for a toilet break. The collection, which will be on sale starting Tuesday, shows Santa sitting on top of a chimney.
