A man is arrested after having been accused of beating his roommate to death with a sledgehammer and claw hammer because they had run out of toilet paper. According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Franklin Paul Crow, 56, was charged Monday with homicide in the death of Kenneth Matthews, 58.

A cottage in Ireland, which is about 200 square feet and has no electricity, is selling for about $145,100. The Neptune Cottage also has a toilet with no sewage outlet, according to Reuters. The cottage faces the beach, however, it also backs up to the Dublin-Rosslare railroad tracks. It is divided into two rooms and has an outside chemical toilet.

If you thought property prices in New York and San Francisco were bad, check out the cost of a 200 square foot home in Ireland. Named Neptune Cottage, it has no electricity, no toilet and no sewage capabilities. But it is selling for $145,000 in Ireland's Wicklow county, reports Reuters.
