The man suing Home Depot for a prank plans to move forward with his case after passing a polygraph test about the incident. Bob Dougherty, 57, alleges he got stuck to a toilet seat in the restroom at Home Depot's Louisville store. He said he was in a hurry to use the bathroom and sat down after finding there were no paper seat covers left. He said his legs and buttocks got stuck to the seat and employees ignored his pleas for help.

A man suing Home Depot for a prank that left him glued to a toilet seat may have made similar allegations about another restroom more than a year ago. Bob Dougherty's lawsuit alleges employees at the store ignored his pleas for help on the day before Halloween 2003, because they thought he was kidding.

A man filing a lawsuit against a Louisville, Colorado Home Depot claims the retailer failed to aid him after being glued to a toilet seat. Bob Dougherty, 57, says he became stuck to the toilet seat last year after somebody smeared glue on it.
