Eighties pop star and former topless model Samantha Fox won't be getting the royal treatment in Serbia. The former pin-up blonde was to have a statue put in place in the city of Cacak in Russia in her honor, but the plans have been scrapped after she failed to sell-out a concert in the city, prompting her backers to pull out. Apparently, the half-full crowd was more eager in Fox exposing her breasts than actually hearing her sing. What's more, the British singer snubbed fans and then failed to turn up for a ministerial dinner staged in her honor after a concert.

In a move to preserve the tranquility of the sandy beaches in France's capital Paris, the City hall has issued a decree banning 'indecent clothing'. Under the decree, sunbathers will not be allowed to go nude or topless on the beaches and if they are caught in topless or nude condition then they will be fined.

After thirty Scandinavian women went topless on an Albanian beach resort, the Albanian police were left speechless. A local newspaper in the town of Sarande said, "Police only watched . . . they could not approach the tourists because they spoke no English. "

A Chinese TV presenter issued a public apology after posing topless with two other women in hospital advertisements for women's health. Chen Dan, a presenter on Changsha TV's "Women's channel" in the southeastern province of Hunan, was criticized on Internet chat-rooms and TV authorities after her "Clever Girls Love Themselves More" advertisement appeared at bus stops and on billboards in Hunan's capital, Changsha.
