An immigrant family from the Philippines boarded a flight on Monday and forgot their two-year-old child at the Vancouver international airport and only found out that the tot was missing when an airline company called during the family's trip. According to the boy's father, Jun Parreno, they had just arrived in Canada from the Philippines and they were running late on a connecting flight to Winnipeg when the mixed-up happened.

Louise O'Donnel, a nursery nurse at Busy Bee Center, shocked parents of her ward after offering them sex toys and bondage gear via e-mail. The nurse, who works for the nursery in Strathave, Lanakshire, e-mailed the parents an "Easter Special" of Ann Summers products which include lubricants, vibrators and other sex aids.

Using improvised props and set design, a group of friends has transformed their garage into a film studio to recreate two Star Wars films. The group used household objects as scenery, toys as props and PC wizardry to recreate the special effects to produce spoof of two Star Wars movies, calling them The Empire Strikes Backyard and Star Wars - The Emperor's New Clones.

A chain of hotels in United Kingdom on Thursday revealed a list of odd object left in their hotels last year which include among others, an urn full of human ashes, a glass eye, lucky charms, mayoral chains and even children. Travelodge reported that in the past year, they have recovered so many unusual objects left behind by their clients.
