A Japanese toymaker will produce a human-sized version of a Japanese anime hero. Standing five-foot tall the anime robot can do a pose, make robotic noises and shoot his machine gun. The toys will be based on anime hit Gundam. It is a cult hit both in the U. S. and Japanese television.

A Japanese elementary school has enrolled a 7-year-old boy, diagnosed as suffering from a gender identity disorder, as a girl. Though a law enacted in 2004 allows Japanese adults with such a disorder to change their gender in their family registries, this is the first time a young child is officially recognized as having a gender identity disorder.

According to reports, a 3-year-old boy crawled through the toy discharge chute in the Toy Chest claw machine at Godfathers Pizza at 600 West Oakland Avenue in Austin.

Local police are investigating the theft of more than $1,500 worth of sex toys stolen during the Southeastern Erotic Cultural Conference in Jacksonville over the weekend. The victims are three women who were selling the adult novelties at the convention being held at the Radisson Riverwalk Hotel.
