A 67-year-old German man is busted for collecting 26 years worth of his dead brother's pension.
Police stopped the man for driving without his seat belt and uncovered the mystery after the man took on the identity of the dead brother.
Police in the central city of Kassel tell reporters, "During checks it emerged that just after his death the man assumed the identity of his older brother, who has been resting in peace in a Regensburg cemetery since he passed away in 1979."
Police speculate that the man cleared at least 100,000 euros($118,860).
