Grad Students Suspected Of Cheating On Ethics Exam

The Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York is investigating whether a group of students cheated on the final exam for a course in ethics. The class, titled "Critical Issues in Journalism," includes topics such as "Why be Ethical?" and "Tribal Loyalty vs. Journalistic Obligation. " The New York Times reported Friday that Nicholas Lemann, dean of the journalism school, said Columbia is looking into allegations of cheating on an online test. He says specific students have not been named, but that the possibility that some have cheated is being talked about all over campus.

Burger King Sued Over Pot Burgers

Two Burger King employees and one manager were arrested after allegedly selling burgers sprinkled with pot to police officers. The officers filed a lawsuit against Burger King Corp. Two Isleta Pueblo Tribal Police officer, Mark Landavazo and Henry Gabaldon, went to the restaurant's drive through in a marked police car and ordered sandwiches. The men ate half of their food before finding marijuana on the meat. They tested the substance with a field test kit and discovered it was indeed pot.
