Twins in Indiana gave birth to sons just hours apart. Nicole Cramer and Naomi Sale both gave birth to boys on the same day at DeKalb Memorial Hospital.

Cramer was visiting her sister and newborn nephew, Ethan Alexander, at the hospital when she began to have labor pains. Within hours, she herself was giving birth.

Sale already had a Caesarean section scheduled, but Cramer delivered Carter Nathaniel Birchfield naturally. Their due dates were a day apart, and even had the same obstetrician.

The births are an early birthday present for the two. The twins turn 23 on Jan. 29.
